Just a few reasons why you should not steam clean your carpets:

1. The soap, steamers use a soapy solution that while smelling great does very little for embedded soil
2. A very high PH cleaner is very hard on carpet fibers.
3. Steam cleaning uses so much water and takes so long to dry that you could end up with mold and bacteria growth.
4. Steam cleaners use such a soapy mixture that it can leave residue that will resoil faster as dirt will stick to it.
5. The high pressure can cause carpet to relax and become loose and damage carpet fibers.
6. The drying time can be up to 2 days. Leaving your rooms useless.
Why we are different: The system we use offers safe chemicals and dries in a few hours. The spots unlike using steam do not return. The pad will not be wet so no chance of mold etc..
We also offer a non-scented plant based cleaner for those with allergies or just prefer no odors.

We do not because unless picking up sewage or similar it does more harm than good.
